Unit A3

Unit A3 is mostly about how we can develop our skills in communication, teamwork and problem solving also we used to develop our skills in working as a team. We have to organised an charity event of our own choice we have been put in groups of 4, We used to have free hand of what charity will we support the charity we picked is to organised the gaming tournament and also we decide to do an cake sale. The tournament is all about players will compete with each other to win some big prizes the entry fee was £10 we put an players into a group first and the player who win get £20 voucher of what they want. For the cake sales we have bought the cakes and sell them 50p each people buy lots of them because they knew this is also to help charity. The one problem we have to face with team is that we do not know what charity we want to support but after few days we decided that we will gave it to Able games this charity is able to give poor children time to be happy while spending time playing games. This unit help me to develop my skills in how to work as a team and how to communicate with others to achieve what we want.
